Community Announcements / Reminders:

Pest Control: Massey Services treats one building each week. We will send out a text message the day before to let you know if they are treating your building that day and as always you can opt-out if needed for the month.

Rent Payments: Are due on the 1st of each month but you have until 8am on the 5th before late fees are applied After 8am on the 5th, there is a $100 late fee assessed. We have a drop box at the back leasing office door to drop off payment(s) if it is after hours. Be sure to include your apartment number.

EMERGENCY MAINTENANCE NUMBER: For after-hours maintenance emergencies please call: (850) 566-9244.

 

Upcoming Tallahassee Events:

First Friday Revival at Railroad Square: Friday June 4th, 5:30pm – 10:00pm. – It’s finally back! 621 Industrial Plaza Drive. This festival offers a lively, enjoyable experience with open galleries/shops, live music, and food. Railroad Square’s First Fridays have been recognized nationally.

Veronica Swift Thursday June 10, 2021; 7:30 pm The Moon Tickets $45-$65. At age 26, Veronica Swift is one of the world’s most sought-after jazz talents. Swift recorded her first album and began professionally touring at age nine. She has performed on festival stages like the Telluride Jazz Festival and has performed numerous times with Michael Feinstein, Benny Green and Wynton Marsalis and the Jazz at Lincoln Center Orchestra.

SUNDOWN CONCERT SERIES CASCADE PARK:  Saturday, June 26th 7:00pm – 10:00pm. Free concert event. Cascades Park Amphitheater, 640 Suwannee Street, Tallahassee. After a one-year hiatus, comes the return of the Sundown Concert Series, Tallahassee’s favorite FREE event of the summer! Presented by Visit Tallahassee, The City of Tallahassee, bands are getting back together. To be mindful of COVID-19, they are limiting the number of tickets for the event, so be sure to register for free tickets ASAP.  Each month this summer, Cascades Park will have live music from local performers. They ask that you bring your own food and drink and that you keep your masks on unless eating and drinking.
